A client has to pay minimum 50 pounds to secure his seat
A client has to finish all the payment in order to get the ticket
If the customer doesn’t pay the rest of balance what She/he is supposed to pay She/He will goanna loss the deposit.
Initial deposit can be taken by credit or debit cards but the rest of balance should be paid in company’s bank account
2. Changes/Amendments Terms & Conditions?
Request for changes and amendments should be in written form.
Client has to pay for changes in some cases
Before the issuance of ticket time and dates can be changed with only 25 pounds, but after issuance it will cost more depends upon the airline
Ticket will be terminated if there would be any request of name changes before the issuance of ticket.
Name changing is Prohibited after ticketing.
3. Cancellation Terms & Conditions?
Cancellation request should be written in proper way
If a client request to cancel the flight the deposit would not be refundable moreover customer has to pay the cancellation charges (depends upon the airline)
After ticketing cancellations will price 75 pound plus air travel expenses. For any refund, airline’s refund plan, policy will be implemented.
4. Refunds Terms & Conditions
Most of discounted tickets are either nonrefundable or partially refundable
It takes 8-10 weeks to proceed the refund
There is no interest on refundable amount
We will refund the cash into a pre-designated banking consideration of compensate into the appropriate cards used for transaction or payment.
Tickets will be handled as expired if they are come back after one year from the date of issuance we will not refund the the ticket.
5. Prices and Price Guarantee Terms & Conditions
Fare and taxes can be change from airline side your deposit will guarantee the booking not the fares and taxes
We may encourage additional cost to the ticket price if there are any changes in taxation, airline travel charges, fuel charges, international airport taxes, Exchange rate and so on
Above changes in price will not affect the already issued ticket
6. Passport, Visa and Health Terms & Conditions
We have zero responsibility for valid and accurate passport, visa and necessary health documents.
7. Complaints Terms & Conditions
Complaints should be made in written to the concern department

Telephonic complains would not be considered for further dealing
8. Legal Jurisdiction Terms & Conditions
The jurisdiction of the Courts in any part of the UK in which the client is domiciled is accepted. The court of England shall have sole jurisdiction, for the Clients not domiciled in the UK.
